Her professional journey began with American Express, followed by key roles at IL&FS, Max New York Life, and Diageo India, where she spent 19 years honing her expertise in compliance strategy and risk management. Throughout her tenure at these organizations, she played instrumental leadership roles, shaping compliance frameworks and governance structures that contributed to their regulatory success.
